Reset Weekend Retreat

Saturday 6th - Sunday 7th April 2024 (FULL)

Saturday 4th - Sunday 5th May 2024 (FULL)

Saturday 27th - Sunday 28th July 2024

Cowdray Hall, Midhurst, West Sussex, UK

£150 (£50 deposit and £100 cash upon arrival)

This is a very special healing weekend retreat with the focus on a total holistic reset of the body, the nervous system and the mind. We will work using the principles of Internal Alchemy energy work, chi kung and healing meditation, along with integrating this with deep trance and breath work meditation. We will be seeking to release unconscious blockages and create lasting changes in habitual behaviour, while reorganising the subtle energetic system into a more aligned and coherent state.

This non-residential weekend will be held mostly in silence to give you the deepest transformational experience.  No previous experience with Internal alchemy practice or breath work meditation is necessary.

This weekend will be ideal for those of you who do not have time or not yet ready to attend one of our full 7day retreats, or if you feel you would like to reset system.

From past experience with our just Let Go weekend workshops, we have seen time and time again how people can create deep and lasting changes in just two days working in a held and focused environment. It is a rare opportunity to work intensively with Burgs in this way.

Limited to 40 places available. Please book early to secure your space.
